About
London based musician Connor, is a classical, jazz and commercial trumpeter. He has performed in some of the UK's biggest venues including, The London Palladium and The Royal Albert Hall. This year, has recorded for David Michell's new show Upstart Crow, which premiered at the Gielgud Theatre in London's West End. Connor also made a feature on the opening of ITV's Dancing on Ice, playing with the No limit Street Band who he regularly gigs with throughout the year. Connor is currently performing on the Signatures Northern Soul UK theatre tour and has had the pleasure of playing with Jackie Wilsons son, Bobby Brooks-Wilson and Gloria Jones as well as many other Motown artists. Most recently, Connor has performed with the Moonlight Serenade Ochestra on their UK tour, joining them for their performances in London and the South of England.

Over the last few years Connor, has made regular TV and film appearances. He performed for Prince Philips retirement celebrations on The Last Leg broadcasted on Channel 4 and Agatha Christies Crooked House. He also makes an appearance on the music video for
Sigrid's Sucker-punch, which currently has over 11million views on youtube. He has also recorded with Square Enix Music, for their new music streaming platform advert which was premiered at the Square Enix E3 conference in June '19. Other performances have included tours with Lets Hang On, ElVIS Las Vegas 1969 and The Committed for the Cork Jazz Festival.

As a recording artist Connor, has recorded with Rick Astley on the Film Walk like a Panther and at Abbey Road in Studio 2 for a charity single with Priors Court for Autism Awareness Week. He recently recorded with Bedroom Tax for their upcoming EP in Blue Studios Dalston and is awaiting the release of The Signatures Northern Souls first Album recorded at Catman Boogie Studios.

Connor studied at Trinity Laban, under the direction of Bob Farley and Steve Waterman, where he achieved a 2.1 Degree. During his time at Trinity Laban Connor performed at the London Jazz Festival with Saxophonist Mark Lockheart, Edinburgh Fringe Festival performing Merrily We Roll Along and a 6 week run of Promises Promises at the Southwark Playhouse. He also competed in last year's Britain's Got Talent with the No Limit Street Band.

Connor’s musical career starting with the piano and he was encouraged to take up a second instrument by his tutor. He joined the Merton Music Foundation and worked his way through the groups to become lead trumpet with their Jazz Orchestra and Concert Band, enjoying performances at Wimbledon Tennis, The Hideaway and The Royal Albert Hall as well as several tours in Europe. He was a member of the Under 12’s & 13’s National Children’s Orchestra and was part of their 30th Anniversary celebrations at Birmingham Symphony Hall.
